Tips for Tenants in today's rental market...

Depending on demand, there can sometimes be a shortage of rental properties on the market which means there may be a number of tenant's applying.

To help get your application to us sooner, we recommend you have a folder of references, copies of documents such as passports, license, utility accounts and include an introductory letter. This will help streamline the process and get your application to us quicker. 

Each tenant is required to provide copies of 100 points of ID.  A list of ID you could provide is shown on our application form.
